Defamation

A statement can travel farther than the room it was said in.

The firm handles defamation on its own, not as a footnote to employment. That includes a false statement about you or your business, and it includes a claim filed against you for something you said or wrote.

Texas deadlines in this area are short, and the anti-SLAPP statute can shift fees. If you have been served or a date is already on a calendar, call (309) 391-3489.

How to start

The first call is free. After that, work is quoted in fixed blocks of time, so you know the price up front.

01

Send a short note

Your name, how to reach you, and what the matter is about. Leave the confidential details for later.

02

A free 15-minute call

Andrew checks for conflicts, listens, and tells you whether the firm is a fit. If it is not, he will say so.

03

A fixed block, in writing

The work is quoted as a block of time at $400 an hour. If it needs more, you approve a new block first. How fees work.

Prefer to write it all down first? The confidential intake has you sign a limited consultation agreement before you tell the story. How that works.
